Job responsibility
1. Responsible for the electrical principle design of equipment;
2. Prepare equipment operation manual;
3. Cooperate and communicate with mechanical structure;
4. Responsible for debugging and maintenance of equipment.
5. Responsible for completing electrical design tasks, preparing schematic diagram of electrical wiring, process control flow chart, etc.;
6. Responsible for electrical debugging of on-site equipment, analyzing and dealing with problems encountered;
7. Responsible for the compilation, modification, sorting and updating of project output data and archiving.
Office qualification
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronics or automation;
2. More than 5 years' experience in automation programming and control, able to travel.
3. Proficient in EPLAN, CAD and office software;
4. Proficient in PLC and HMI software (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron PLC at least two);
5. Proficient in communication bus PN, CC-Link, serial port PS23-2;
6. Understand MES system, familiar with lamp manufacturing, vision system, automation product line design experience is preferred;
7. Have team assistance and strong learning ability, and can adapt to business trips and overtime work.
8. Automation, equipment transformation, production line transformation, more than 3 years of non-standard automation equipment field debugging, on-site, equipment management experience
9. Experience in automatic production line electrical control design and electrical drawing
10. Experience in writing and debugging various PLC control programs (Siemens Step7-12001500 Mitsubishi Q series Omron NC series)
11, can use servo motor, stepping motor, frequency converter
12. Familiar with general program framework and process, able to write modularization, framework and process clear program
